We offer free shipping on all orders.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 48–72 hours of being placed. Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times begin once your order has been shipped:
- United States: 8–13 business days
- Canada: 8–13 business days
- United Kingdom: 8–13 business days
These are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, high order volumes, or customs processing — we'll do everything we can to keep your order on schedule, but some things sit outside our control.
Carriers
Orders ship via trusted international carriers depending on your destination, including USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, DHL, and local delivery partners.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours after this email for tracking information to update.
When your tracking number first arrives, it may show "label created" for a few days — that's completely normal and just means your order is being picked up by the carrier for the next leg of its trip. Tracking will start updating shortly.

Customs, duties & import taxes
For international deliveries, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be applied by your local authorities. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total. Calmi is not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures.
Incorrect address or failed delivery
We aren't responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us for this reason, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Any additional shipping costs will be at your expense.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package appears significantly delayed or seems lost, please contact us within 30 days of your order date at support@calmi-shop.net. We'll do our best to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
